A recent renovation of an 80 year old hall and stairs, customer wanted a contemporary twist on the classic stair runner so we stripped the carpets, made good all the walls and chemically stripped the middle runner of the stairs. Then we finished the walls in Farrow & Ball French Gray and the outsides of the stairs in white satin, finally the middle section was given several coats of OSMO Polyx oil which has both protected and brought the stripped timber to life.
